Ordering
What is the status of my order?
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address when you place your order. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us with your order number and the details you'd like to change or if you wish to cancel your order.
Your order cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already been fulfilled.
I urgently need my order. Can you prioritise my order?
Yes we can! We provide a priority service where we prioritise your order and process it urgently for you. This is especially handy for busy holidays such as Christmas and you have left it last minute!
Our priority service includes your order jumping the queue and express postage to your door.
Priority Order + Express Shipping: $26.95.
Dispatch time: 1-3 business days.
Delivery time: 1-3 business days dependent on delivery address. All orders will be posted from Sydney, Australia.

How much is shipping?
Australia:
Standard: $8.95
Free standard shipping on orders over $65.
Express: $12.95
Free express shipping on orders over $150.
Priority Order + Express Shipping: $26.95.
- Your order will be prioritised and jump the queue. It will be shipped out as soon as possible.
New Zealand:
Standard: $12.95
Free standard shipping for orders over $100.
What are your handling times?
We're excited for you to receive your products as well! Kindly note, our handling times do not include shipping and delivery periods.
Due to their customised nature, allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. Exceptions may apply during promotional and busy holiday periods.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
If you need your order to be prioritised, please select Priority Order + Express Shipping at Checkout. Dispatch time will be 1-3 business days.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand from Sydney, Australia.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number for your package.
Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the customised nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, refunds cannot be given.
My order has arrived but it's not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare circumstances that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and contact us with the following details.

We will assess the product and where possible, we will issue a replacement.
What should I do if I receive a wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologise for that.
Contact us within 14 days and we will be sure to get you the products you ordered.
Custom Photo Magnets
Do I have to send a physical picture?
We print your photos for you! All you have to do is upload any digital photo onto the corresponding product page - photos from your phone or camera will work perfectly.
How do I crop my photos to the required ratio?
Go onto the product page that you would like to purchase, simply click on "choose photos" to upload your photos. Then select the photo you would like to crop and it will bring you to the editing page. The cropping tool will automatically let you crop to the ratio that is required for your product whether it is 1:1 or 2:3.
Can I change my photo?
If your order has not been fulfilled, you may change your photo within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at lumimagnets@gmail.com.
After this period, modifications cannot be made.
